Nothing is more common among businessmen, that the famous and routine meetings to determine future guidelines or throwing of things to come for the company or enterprise. However, the fact that it is routine, does not mean we should ignore the knowledge on how best to implement it, so do not waste time, and we draw the conclusions necessary for good performance of the company.
Therefore, know how to run a business meeting
Now is the time and date previously fixed for holding the business meeting. Everything is controlled: the purpose, agenda, attendees, speakers, materials … But whose going? For everything is properly conducted and there is no loss of time, someone has to be the master of ceremonies: the person calling the meeting or the one in which we delegate.
First you must explain to the participants at the meeting, the objectives, and expose your ideas, data or suggestions. Then gives way to discussion of the issues and proposals of the participants.
Then it comes to making decisions. And finally, we must implement what has been decided by all. That is, assign tasks and set a plan of action to achieve what has been agreed.
The meeting should begin at the scheduled time. Before you start reminding the audience that time is limited and will only address the issues set out in the agenda. Close the door to keep out other and interrupt.
